About Leslie Williams

I established LeaderShift Consulting in 1995, fueled by the belief that organizations can be productive, enlivening places. Whether I’ve been working with a whole system, a team, or an individual leader, my aim has always been to see people, teams and institutions flourish.

I hold my work not only as a job, but also as a way of trying to leave this world better than I found it. I am increasingly drawn to working with similarly purpose-driven people who see leading as a path of meaningful contribution.
